We have a new shipping schedule. Your delicious treats will be shipped ONLY on Mondays.

You must place your order BEFORE Saturday at 12 noon to have your fresh baked goods sent on Monday!

Diddy Riese reserves the right to adjust the shipping method to facilitate the timely delivery of our products, at no additional cost to the customer.
You can choose from the many options UPS offers in your area. We do limit this to no more than 2-day travel time as we do not use any preservatives in our cookies and want to offer the freshest product available to our customers.

Option 1: Ground

Option limited to 2 day travel time (Day of arrival depends upon zip code. You will be notified at checkout)

Option 2: 2nd Day Air

(2 business days, arrives by end of the day), 2nd Day Air A.M. (2 business days, typically arrives by 10:30 A.M.)

Option 3:  Next Day Air

(1 business day, typically arrives before the end of the day), Next Day Air Early (1 business day, typically arrives by 9:30 A.M.), Next Day Air Saver (1 business day, typically arrives by end of the day)

  • Ground: Option available to businesses and residences in some parts of California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona ONLY.
  • 2nd Day Air: Options available nationwide. 2 business days, typically arrives by end of the day.
  • 2nd Day Air A.M.: 2 business days, typically arrives by 10:30 A.M. NOT AVAILABLE TO RESIDENCES.
  • Next Day Air: Options available nationwide. 1 business day, typically arrives by end of the day.
  • Next Day Air Early.: 1 business day, typically arrives by 8:00 A.M. in major cities and 9:30 A.M. in most other cities.
  • Next Day Air Saver.: 1 business day, typically arrives by end of the day.

  • Residential deliveries incur additional charges by UPS.
  • UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.
  • Diddy Riese cannot be responsible for packages left outside after delivery.
  • Diddy Riese may contact you about changes to your shipping arrangements as necessary.
  • Diddy Riese is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipients and addresses. Please check the accuracy of your shipping address and include a company name, suite, and/or apartment number if necessary. A correct phone number for the recipient will also help ensure timely delivery.
  • Diddy Riese will not be held responsible for delays in delivery time or date caused by the shipping company for any reason.
  • Diddy Riese ships all orders “no signature required” so that your package will not be delayed. We are not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.
  • Shipping companies may of their own free will decide to require a signature for any package even though Diddy Riese has not asked for one. We are not responsible if this causes a delay or even eventually the return of your package.
